Just amazing pictures you have on your blog, love this pic especially as I used to be a geologist, and this photo makes my heart skip. Thank you for putting it up, I forget is it the Cascades or the Sierra's? Michelle x
Hi Terrie, I corrected my egregious error, you totally did submit last week, how I didn't get them up is beyond me. I grabbed them then seemed to totally miss adding them, my only explanation is I"m burning the candle at both ends too much lately, lol. so sorry, your lovely forks and pears are now happily up in the apr wrap up. I owe you one, girl!!! Hugs, Jenn
Hi Terrie! This photo is awesome. It makes me want to visit Seattle even more. My son-in-law has an appointment with Microsoft later this year and I'll definitely encourage him to take lots of pix!
SO beautiful! Wish I was there! Thank you for your visit and SO happy that you'll be joining The Summer of Color this year! Looking forward to it, Kristin xo
Hi there! Thank you so much for your Portland wishes! SO you were there too?! Awe, I wish I knew so I could meet you in person! I was the one running around with blue in my hair . . . I hope you had as much fun as I did! xoxo
Gorgeous photo . . . it makes me really want to visit Seattle, then I remember the pass. I'll wait until spring, thank you. I hate driving on bad roads and we have had a few trips over the pass that I would not like to relive, LOL. I do love your photo and I'm so happy that you are enjoying sunshine again. Here on the eastern side where we are known for our sunshine . . . it has been gray and cold, forever. I am so ready for warmer weather. Have a marvelous day and say hello, to Mr Sunshine, for me . . . tell him I miss him. Your blogging sister, Connie :)
This blog started a couple years ago with my first attempt to complete a picture a day for a year. I made it into August but with quite a few misses in the last couple months. This year I've been inspired to try again.
My goals with the 365 project are to improve both my eye for noticing the unusual or pretty (even in the mundane) as well as to improve my skills. That means taking the camera off auto more often!
REMEMBER - You can click on any photo and see it larger and with more detail. Some of them look quite cool that way.
oh how I miss those mountains. that picture makes me ache.
ReplyDeleteStunning! What beauty, I've always been drawn to the PNW but never had the chance to go. Maybe someday. It's amazing weather for February.
